    The Role

    As the Country Coordinator for YALI Sports Africa, I am on the front lines of developing the next generation of sports leaders.

    My role is to recruit, mentor, and train new members, guiding them in developing and implementing high-impact, sports-based projects. This work is vital for building a skilled workforce and a sustainable sports ecosystem from the community level up.

    Key Responsibilities

    Identifying and onboarding passionate individuals committed to sports development in Zambia

    ●Mentorship & Training

    Providing guidance and capacity building for members to develop their leadership and project management skills

    ●Project Implementation

    Supporting members in developing and executing high-impact sports-based community projects that create lasting change
